Voter Information
November 5this the date of the Presidential Election this year which includes many other races. Early voting for these elections begins October 21st. To vote, you must:
1. Register to vote by midnight October 7th, 2024. You may register at the Nacogdoches County Election Office, 203 W. Main, suite 113, by mailing a voter registration form downloaded online to the above address or by registering at the Judy McDonald Public Library, 1112 North Street, 9:30 am – 5 pm. You will receive a voter registration card in the mail after you register. It will have the precinct number which indicates where you will vote.
2. Where to vote. Your voter registration card will have your precinct number which determines where you vote. All early voting in Nacogdoches County is at the courthouse annex. Each precinct will have a polling place on election day which is where you vote that day.
3. Early voting begins October 21 and ends November 1st. In Nacogdoches County, early voting is at the Courthouse Annex, 203 W. Main, October 21-25th, 8 am – 5 pm.

Sunday, October 27th
9 am – 3 pm
Monday, October 28th _ Friday, November 1st

4. Bring one of these forms of identification with you when you vote:
Texas Driver License
Texas Election Identification Certificate issued by DPS
Texas Personal Identification Card
Texas Handgun License
Military Identification Card
U. S. Citizenship Certificate containing the person’s photograph
U. S. Passport (book or card)
5. Please vote for every office on your ballot. Every elected official has a unique responsibility and each office makes decisions that affect your life in Texas.
